This is for those I’ve never worked with before. We begin with a thorough intake to understand you as a whole person—your history with touch, your intentions for our work, and how you’d like to feel in your body. This grounding conversation sets the tone for the session and gives us space to build trust and clarity before we get on the table.

You’ll then receive 75–90 minutes of intuitive bodywork, designed to meet you exactly where you are. Sessions include:     - Body scan & guided meditation
- Tibetan sound bowl opening and closing
- Therapeutic touch attuned to your needs

All sessions include:

- Reflexology as needed
- Sound bowl opening + closing

I offer 3-pack sessions at a 10% discount for those that would like to invest in bodywork upfront.
